Short CV/Education and training

  • Vanesa Castan Broto is Professor of Climate Urbanism at the University of Sheffield since 2017. From 2011 till 2017 she taught at University College London, first as lecturer and then as senior lecturer.

  • She completed an Engineering Doctorate on the sociology of engineering at the University of Surrey in 2010, after an interdisciplinary education in environmental engineering, natural resources management and environmental sociology.
